Our three larger rooms are a bit more. Room 4 has a king bed at 8% more. Room 2 has a king bed with a sofa bed at 13% more, and our Room 6 Penthouse Suite is a very large two-room suite that can easily accommodate four people (a king bed and a sofa bed in one room and two futon/sofa beds in the other room) at 55% more.

Guests may also use five common rooms: a large two-room ex-restaurant w/ fireplace; a dining room; and two smaller rooms. It's bucolic with a large yard and plenty of parking. Its best feature is it provides great 360 degree access to investigate events in southeast NH, the most populous part of the state where most activities take place: 30 minutes to Dover, Rochester, Lakes, Concord, Epping; 40 minutes to Exeter, Manchester, Portsmouth, Maine, and Gunstock Mountain ski area. 50 minutes to Laconia, Ossipee, Weare, Henniker, Hampton Beach.

Each room has a small refrigerator and a coffee maker; a shared kitchenette offers a microwave, toaster oven, ice machine, filtered water, and continental breakfast items. Bed linens and towels are provided, and rooms are cleaned weekly. Laundry facilities (in basement) may be used by guests when not in use by innkeeper for linens/towels. Free WiFi.

One block away is a small market offering sundries and a deli/prepared food counter (hot and cold sandwiches, pizza, breakfast items). About 3 miles away is a full service, reasonably priced restaurant (with a bar) that also offers delivery to the Inn (Cooper Hill), as well as a large grocery store (Hannaford).
